The Kick-Off meeting of the European Project “Employee involvement in decision making” took place online on 2 July 2021. The meeting began with the welcome of the 8 participant organizations. All the partners were presented and they debriefed on their entity’s activity.

The external expert made the “Presentation of the methodology for the analysis phase”. With a duration of three months, the field research is planned through an online survey to the employees (minimum 50 of them per country) and semi-structured interviews to employers (between 5 and 10 per country).

The third part of the meeting was dedicated to a discussion about the current situation in the field of participation of employees in the decision making in companies during the crisis connected with covid-19.
